Dr. Jones is originally from Ohio but has been in Utah since the 2000's. He attended medical school at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. After completing medical school, he continued in Columbus, Ohio for his Family Medicine residency. He completed this residency at Grant Medical Center. After finishing his residency, he spent two years as the assistant program director for Saint Francis Family Medicine Residency. Over his career, he has focused on Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, and preventive health care. He also has a focus on LGBTQ+ medicine including PREP, PEP and gender affirming care.
